Wow!  What a year 2011 was, now we move rapidly into 2012 and I estimate the Real Estate market conditions will continue to improve here in the Eastern Suburbs.  The last quarter of 2011 was extremely busy and property was selling, (mainly under an Auction Campaign).  We auctioned over 50 homes in the month of November and well over three quarters of these homes sold within a four week period.
